365滚球盘学习中心建立于2008年10月20日，位于砺金楼三楼，使用面积共175平方米，划分为藏书区、阅览区、上网区和两间自习室，为全院师生提供学习资源与学习场所，拥有独一无二的特色资源。
学习中心藏书区拥有英文原版图书、赠书、工具书、爱心图书等藏书3030册，其中外文图书1504册。阅览区提供经济学、管理学、英语学习、时事类等中英文杂志、中英文报纸共58种，方便师生了解国内外的最新资讯、学科发展的最新趋势。上网区配备多媒体电脑10台，免费提供上网资源，方便师生有效、快捷地利用互联网资源。自习室配备桌椅14套，为师生提供自主学习、案例讨论、小组作业的场所。另外，学习中心配备两台储物柜，为学生免费提供物品存放服务。
学习中心作为萨里国际学院国际化特色的体现，未来将不断扩充规模，加强管理，更好地为全院师生服务。
2010年8月，根据实际需要，365滚球盘成立了图书馆，分担了学习中心的图书借阅功能。
图书馆位于砺金楼一楼，目前藏书7574册，涵盖了经济、工业技术、哲学宗教、语言文学等18个学科，其中外文图书4664册，主要为第三、第四学年双学位课程教材及教辅图书。随着学院学生人数的不断增加，图书馆将不断扩充图书种类与数量，为学生的学业学习和课外阅读提供丰富的资源，为学生提供更广阔的自主学习平台。为了加强图书管理，图书馆引进了图书管理系统软件，实现了图书管理电子化。同时，图书馆制定了图书借阅管理规定等配套的管理制度，使图书馆的运行与管理有章可循，有理可依。

Learning Center was established on 20th October 2008. Learning Center is on the third floor of Lijin Building. It is about 175㎡, dividing into several parts including Book Keeping Area, Reading Area, Internet Area and Tutorial Rooms, providing learning resources and learning facilities to teachers and students.
Learning Center currently has 3030 English original books, dictionaries and donated books. And 1504 of them are English original books. Learning Center also has 58 kinds of Chinese and English magazines and newspapers in Economics, Business, and English Study subjects. Learning Center provides 10 computers for internet surfing and several tables for studying. Also Learning Center introduces electronic locker and other facilities.
Learning Center, as the symbol of internationalization, will develop continuously and serve sincerely.
A new library separated from Learning Center in August 2010 especially for book borrowing and returning.
The library is on the first floor of Lijin Building. Currently it has 7574 books in economics, industry, literature and other 18 subjects. And 4664 of them are English original books, for Year 3 and Year 4 dual degree study. With the development of institute, library will enrich the book categories and book volume to service students better. In order to perfect the book management, library introduces book management software and realizes electronic book management. Moreover, it makes book borrowing regulations and some other management regulations, in order to make itself develop orderly and smoothly.
